Walnut Yellow Roll is prepared using 12 layers of pastry dough. Walnuts are placed in between. These walnuts do not release their oil when chopped, providing a delicious flavor. Due to the small number of pastry layers, it is baked at 175 degrees Celsius.
Ingredients: Walnut, clarified butter, milk, semolina, egg, wheat flour, wheat starch, corn starch, salt, water, sugar.
